Pushed a bunch of updates through to the codex. It now matches the refreshed BuddyPress.org site, and has some extra goodies in the sidebar to let everyone know who owns and has revised what pages. Eventually I’ll add some activity stream integration in for revisions, which I think will help give credit where it’s due.
I also enabled some custom taxonomies to help categorize the pages.
Take a look around and report back anything that might be broken.

Awesome! Looks great!
Though, i dont think i’m a fan of the ‘blog style’ archive pages… especially since most pages are simply lists of functions and the excerpt feature turns them into one line…
http://codex.buddypress.org/component/activity/ – look at the “activity streams” excerpt and tell me that it’s readable. lol

Good point. I’ll see if I can pretty that up a bit. Thanks!

Another option (a better one i think? since it has afew other benefits too) is to add a paragraph explaining the page at the beginning. i tested it out here [http://codex.buddypress.org/developer-docs/action-reference/activity-streams-actions/] and since the intro wasn’t long enough, used the more tag to hide the rest of the content from the ‘archive’ view (see the activity link above to see how it looks in archive view)

I like what Chris did to the above page, but we’d have to go through and update every page.

Added a pretty new header image and the most recently edited pages to the home page of the codex.
